ATI Airtest AGM Sept 28
Airtests AGM will be held Tuesday Sept 28. It should be an upbeat meeting considering the success in corporate development and profitability due mostly to increased sales and a streamlined operations.
On the agenda of significance to shareholders is a vote to authorise the Board to consolidate the common shares at a rate of up to 6/1, or less as they see fit. This would be executed only in the event of a significant financing.
Negotiations are ongoing with many avenues being explored, According to ATI president, George Graham. Here is hoping to form a strategic alliance with an industry ‘friendly’ that can assist in future major development and distribution of Clairtec products.
