Sniper Announces Private Placement


Vancouver, British Columbia, January 16, 2013 – Sniper Resources Ltd. (“Sniper” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it is arranging a non-brokered private placement of up to 12,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $600,000.  Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one warrant to purchase an additional common share at $0.10 per share for a period of two years.  Only qualified “accredited investors” or other qualified purchasers under applicable securities laws will be permitted to participate in the private placement.  Finder’s fees of 10%, payable in cash, may be paid to eligible persons in connection with the private placement.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used firstly, for working capital purposes and secondly, for a Phase 3 drilling program on the Weepah property depending on the amount of funds raised in the private placement.  Please refer to the Company’s previous news releases for assay results and additional details on the Weepah property.

This private placement remains subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

    1. The EE46 surface dew point sensor is designed to work with radiant cooling systems to pre-detect condensation before itbecomes a problem.2. We will be showing a very affordable wall mounted temperature and dew pointsensor called the EE10-3 that can be used to better control humidity inside buildings. It is ideal for use with latent removal or dehumidification technologies.

    3. Instead of enthalpy control for fresh air economizers we offer a number of differenttypes of dew point controlled economizer sensors that have long life, perform better and save more energy.

    4. Ultra Low Power, Wide Range CO2 Measurement:
    We haveavailable a new technology for CO2 measurement. The COZIR is a small, ultra low power sensor that utilizes a light emitting diodeas a source of infrared energy. This product is designed as aOEM product. Key features include:

    Ability to operate on common AA or AAA consumer batteries for many years. With it’s low power draw offeringlong battery life, this sensor is ideal for use with portable or wireless products.

    A sensor that is immune to shock and will not change calibration when jarredor dropped.

    Offers a number of measurement ranges from 0-2000 ppm up to 0-100%CO2.

    A high speed version can sample up to a rate of 20 times per second.
